I buy everything thing from Lowes and I am in there every week or two to but 3-5 of the 5 gallon PRIMO water bottles. But a couple of days ago I went in and they had Zephyr hills or something to that effect so I got them. I am really disappointed. Some people say water is water, wrong. Some people can taste a difference and I do. I will not purchase my water there anymore until they get PRIMo back. I would appreciate it.
Everyone was extremely helpful, met all our needs , we prefer the Malabar store they work well together the employees! Every department is everyone’s, the Bucks never push to”it’s his department” Malabar Road employees care and take pride is all they are doing!!! We bought something we have saved all summer for, and the tag did not say it was on sale! Great place.. Nice service. My hubby buys most of his materials at Lowes.
I am so frustrated right now. I have been given the biggest run around since Mon. on a refrigerator installation. Called and talked to several different people at Lowes to be told I was on the afternoon schedule both Tues. and today. Nobody showed up or even called. My family is sitting here without a working refrigerator. They have lost a customer in me and the rest of my family as well. Very disappointed.
Customer service was terrible. I have changed my number a dozen times in the system and yet they only call a number that has not been in service for 3 years in another state. Never updated me on delivery status so I am at work 40 miles away with no idea my appliance was even on the way that day. When I called the store to find out a delivery status I was schlepped off. LAST big purchase there ever.
