Will never go back here. The worst customer service ever. Went across the road to Home Depot and got great service.
I do love the layout and overall appearance of the store however...I went in and found most of the things I needed and was trying to find the other items. I was only purchasing everything for an entire bathroom reconstruct. Paint, tile, toilet, flooring, cabinet, new fixtures, lighting, mirror and a vanity with a nice top. Their pro desk has the BEST people! They are very informative and know their stuff! It is always a pleasure ordering from them and then they deliver right to the sight. Amazing! If you have any need for large orders talk to Joe, Daniel or Shane.
No issues. For what we needed; reasonable prices.
Placed an order online for lumbar....a large order for a decking project. Received an email it was ready for pick up. Went to the store to pick it up and the order was not ready, the employees seemed to have no idea what was going on...there was no sense of urgency or apology for not having my order ready. Then they expected me to wait while they pulled it off the shelf! I got a refund and will be taking my business to Home Depot. Get your stuff together Lowes!!!
