Worst experience ever! Went to rent a carpet cleaner and stair attachment. Get it home and the attachment wouldn't work whatsoever and had to get it swapped out the next day. Then upon returning the unit wasn't given my cleaning deposit since the unit wasn't pristine. So Lowe's just made a quick $20 bucks off me that they will probably turn around and rent out to someone else. Will not be returning and I would suggest that nobody rents a carpet shampoo system because you'll probably never see your cleaning deposit no matter ... read more
