I have tried this location many times over the years for large appliance purchases of my rental property. I am DONE. Home Depot has a new loyal customer. I’ve paid for removal of old appliances without them doing it so I had to pay another company to do it. I’ve paid for delivery and install and they did not install. I’ve purchased the appliance just to have the order canceled days later (when the sale ended conveniently.)

The item I ordered was supposed to arrive on December 23. It didn’t and I can’t get anything resembling an explanation. So disappointed in Lowe’s.

I ordered a refrigerator and when it got here it didn’t fit. Totally my fault because I ordered the wrong one. The man who helped me was SO nice and took care of everything to get me one that fit and had it delivered a couple of days later. Such amazing customer service! I will forever order my appliances through Lowes and will recommend to any of my friends.

CARTS CARTS CARTS!!!! Where the hell are the carts!!!!!! 10min walking all over the store looking for a damn cart! Finally had to go out in the parking lot and get a damn cart!!! Great job management!!!!

Twice in the past few weeks I have needed items from the Door / Window Dept. Both times I was immediately met by the same knowledgeable and helpful man who took me directly to what I needed and made sure I was getting the right item for what I described. My hope is that management will see this review and take notice of this fine associate running Windows/Doors on the morning of 04/29/2019. He deserves to be recognized and commended for his great customer service.

Stopped in with a short list. First stop, paint department. Stood at the desk with three workers....no one asked what I needed. A forth worker walked up and helped me.....okay. next stop nursery. I needed a specific type of soil. Again, walked up to the desk, this time five workers all standing there. He told me where to look, "I think" he says. Nope, not there. Come on, you are at work! Get it together.

This location has root rotting plants and SPIDER MITES! Management doesn't seem to care. Buyer BEWARE!
