Don't bother getting a dishwasher installed from these jokers. Not sure if these are Lowe's employees or contracted from another company but regardless they will do a poor job, and not own up to their mistake. Buyer Beware!!!!! EDIT: Discovered it is Lonero's Plumbing in Duncansville who works with Lowe's! I highly suggest they reconsider working with these idiots as well! Not pleased AT ALL!
Absolutely the worst experience ever. Ordered carpet for whole house remodeling. After waiting a month for the order with no contact from Lowes or the installer, I called the store and was lied to by an associate. Next I contacted a manager to find out the carpet had been sitting there for 3 weeks (they just never called me). I was to be contacted by their Central Office that schedules installs. Walked to the lawn and garden area 3 people came right away to help me find my product ,yes three service personnel and the looked it up found it and i was on my way home to fix the snowblower.
Wish you had negative numbers to pick from because a 1 isn't low enough!! I was told "sorry sweetie but all I can say is we must have lost it somehow"! WOW and you are a manager!!! My new friends are Home Depot and I hope they put your sorry "A" holes out of business... Well at least the Altoona store!!! Thanks for all your help. I guess my measly $80.00 didn't mean that much to you!!!
