The salesman who sold us our refrigerator was great.
just a great place to visit
first off they were supposed to deliver my new refrigerator last Sunday an they never called so I called and they said my refrigerator never came in so I called and talked to a manager and he said he would check on it. I come to find out my refrigerator was at the store the whole time they misplaced it go figure and now I was supposed to be the first delivery of the day today 9/28/18 an no call again I will never buy another thing at lowes this is absolutely ridiculous

Lowes went above and beyond... We ordered new appliances for our new house and initially the sales rep got us a fridge that was a little too big. We gave measurements and he made a mistake and said a the fridge we chose would fit. Cut to delivery, the delivery guy told us the fridge wouldn't fit and returned the fridge. After being on the phone with lowes deciding on a new fridge, we found one slightly more expensive than the original one we chose and they gave it to us for the price of the cheaper fridge. I havent been to this store in years because of poor selection, stocked shelves, and service. Returned to use up a gift card, the selections and stocked shelves just as poor; waited a half hr for an employee to pull a stock item from the back after they were called on the intercom twice, I wont be back anytime soon.
Another day wasted waiting on lowes lying delivery department ordered a week go 5/4 supposed to deliver tuesday 5/7 waited all day no delivery called said that is scheduled for 5/17..... 5 grand worth of materials... we promise it will be there friday 5/11 call at 1 o'clock...that's scheduled for 5/17 here we go again....we promise we will be there today 4:51 on 5/11 still no lowes.
