I recommend asking for Clayton and Rich they were both very helpful
This used to be a great place to shop prices have increased a great deal in the last few months. A lot of items are out of stock. I understand products are harder to come buy. The custom service has went way down. I don't know if they have changed Management . Looks like a high turn over of staff. This usually because of poor management. There are still some good people there.
Went to pick out a fridge as soon as possible for my 80 year old Grandma today. We needed something in her price range and in stock. Had to find someone to help- nobody in the appliance section. Got information and left to shop around. Later called to purchase the fridge we looked at. It is unfortunate that Lowe's will not enforce it's "mask mandate" that they announced would start of July 20, 2020. You cannot call it a "mandate" if you do not enforce it. Lowe's is doing no more than "suggesting" mask usage and used it's big nationwide proclamation of a "mandate" for free publicity. Shame on you. There is no reason you can't keep your employees and customers safe.
not until you enforce state mask mandate!
Employee on personal phone texting at the end on aisle with his mask down. Cashier at garden center had a mask on when she came to take over the register. As soon as I stepped up to ring out, off went the mask. She was friendly but mask should have remained on. Shopping there for me is not worth the risk.
I don't want to be confronted anywhere I'm shopping.. if I choose to spend my money at your business, I'd like to enjoy my experience.. not be herded around in a particular pattern or be told "we don't need your business" if you're employees are telling people we don't need your business then it's clear you don't need mine and I will shop elsewhere.
They have everything you need from the smallest to the largest project. Plus their employees are always so helpful.
