I have been there twice in the last 3 weeks to make a large purchase (Flooring and a Hybrid hot water heater) and both times the employee attitudes and un willingness to help was unbelievable ..

I pushed the help button twice with three employees twenty feet away bullshiting !!!! No one came !!! You lost over $200.00 tonight and possibly more in the future, I don’t know why you guys have so many people there actually doing nothing???
so after standing around for 50 minutes and asking 6 people to pull down a new pallet of lumber they finally send a fork truck driver who proceeds to help the guy who's been waiting for 3 minutes. and then leaves like I was never even there.
Ordered tile for new bathroom that never came. Checked twice, nobody knew anything. Finally someone said it was discontinued 2 weeks AFTER we ordered it. The rest, who knows? We got a refund because the manager didn't care enough to help.

I think it’s wrong that they won’t give a Veteran the military discount because they aren’t registered at the store. If your a Veteran all should get it!!!!
