I think the employees are very rude and unhelpful. Just had an incident in lawn and garden with an employee she was extremely rude and abrupt,I just left my cart sit and walked out I will not give my money to a place where customers are aloud to be treated with such rudeness by employees!!!!
Asked for help in the trim aisle, waited 15 minutes for the trim manager, No Show. Went to customer service asked for store manager, store manager sent me back to trim aisle. Trim manager told me they did not carry my trim anymore, even though the tag was still on the slot where I purchased a week ago. Told me to get the item number (even though it's on the tag that's marking the slot) and he would order it. Went to Barboursville Lowes and bought what I needed without wasting any more time in South point Lowes.
