Placed online order. Never heard if it was ready. called next day to check. they were suppose to call back, never did. went to store. of course order was not ready. they cancelled payment on online order. paid in store. waited for order to just find out they didnt have it in stock. online was showing they had 2! there was also a display outside! very rude customer service. no help with resolving our problem. called around ourself to find ashland had it in stock!
Placed a $700 order on 06-29-2020 that was to be delivered on 07-07-2020. Called yesterday 07-06-2020 to confirm the appointment for the next day and was told yes we were on the list to have our items delivered on 07-07-2020 only to wait until 3PM on 07-07-2020 and finally called to find out where the driver was and told sorry we don't have part of your order but would you like us to deliver what we do have !! What a nightmare! I was going to use Lowe's to replace my roof and then I heard an absolute horror story from a good friend whose roof HAS FAILED INSPECTION THREE TIMES here in Huntington, WV! She went through this OH Lowe's, who used a third party contractor - Platinum Home Remodeling/New Horizons General Contracting. Long story short, after a roofer put a hole through their kitchen ceiling AND failing three separate inspections, the roof/ceiling still hasn't been fixed and she can't get an update or timeline from anyone...... read more
I had a dishwasher installed 6 months ago, It was a top of the line dishwasher. The company Lowe's had to install the dishwasher, did a terrible job. They did not mount it correctly (it broke loose and fell foward on my wife), they damaged my counter top, damaged the top rack of the dishwasher and left the packaging materials in the dishwasher..., then tested it with the styrofoam inside it. I contacted Lowe's immediately, the day after it was installed. I did everything reasonably expected and was strung along for 5 months.... read more

RecommendedAm in this store about 3 times a week. Have never had a bad experience and almost always have what I need. Employees are really polite and always there to help me with what I need. Order a lot of appliances that get delivered and they are always on time and hook them up. So glad they are bringing back the kids workshop program to help my kids learn how to make things.
I purchased an electric fireplace/tv stand and paid extra to have it put together. Days go by and I call to see if it is ready and am informed after being on hold for 30 min that they don't do assembly. Realy???? Then why are there signs on every fireplace saying that they offer assembly for an additional $20
