Looked around for an eternity for help, that was non-existent. The only one that did finally offer help was very rude and condescending. If you think Lowes at the mall is bad, this one makes it look a lot better, lol.
Always awesome. Always has my stuff cause I know what I'm looking for not just guessing. Keeps me from making $1000. Mistakes and then blaming everybody at Lowe's and not myself.
Worst management I've ever seen. Treated the staff member that was helping us like he was less than dirt under her shoes. We will drive an hour out of our way to keep from going back, and that's not good for Lowe's since my husband is a Union Carpenter Foreman.
Have shopped this Lows form the last five years. Have always received good customer care from them. True, at times I have had to wait on something, But that is because Lows do not have enough people working in this store.
Horrible customer service. After buying a dryer we asked for help loading it. Mind you we are women! We waited forever, had to ask 2 more times for someone to help us load it. Finally 2 guys came and barely threw it up into the back of the truck and took off. Never said a word. This is not good service. Next time try offering to strap it down and acting like you actually want to help people and not like it's a bother.
We purchased 19 windows from Lowes over a year ago. We purchased the Atrium windows. Lowes representative came to the house and assured us that these would be the windows for us and we would have no problems. We had problems from the very first installation of the windows. We keep getting the runaround from all the people we talk to. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY YOUR WINDOWS FROM LOWES!!!!!!
Costumer service is terrible.
