bought 10 bags of mulch yesterday, had to load them myself. bought 3 more today and can't load them because I hurt myself yesterday doing it, when nobody would come out and do it.
Waited over 30 minutes to get someone to help load a stove I bought! Terrible customer service!
RecommendedSouth Point Lowe’s has won our business every time! We live in Barboursville and have driven to south point the last $2000 we’ve spent bc their customer service and product availability is well worth the drive over our 5 minute drive to the Barboursville Lowe’s any day!
I went to Lowe’s to buy the wire to run for a dishwasher! I explained to the guy working that area what I was doing and he ensured me that the wire he sold me was the right one. So once I get home I found out it is not the one I need, not even close to what I need! They will not give me my money back even with a receipt, told me that once it’s cut you can not return it! That would be fine if the guy working in the electric dept knew what he was doing.
stopped on my way to work to get some 2x6's. Needed 15 only 5 on the rack. 3 bundles above the empty rack. Told an employee needed 10 more and he said be right back. 15 minutes later here he comes states someone will get them for you. 10 more minutes later he shows back up with another guy and the forklift. instead of getting one of the 3 bundles in front of me they decide to check the yard first. 15 more minutes later I get pissed off and go to work. Home Depot can have my money from now on.

I had placed a order online for some laminate flooring that was on sale,but the store was out of stock. I received the email that it was in and ready for pickup and also received a phone call that it was ready. Got off work 7 am went to pick up had to wait for over 2 hours for them to get it for me or find it. Ridiculous!!!!
Employees very helpful. Couldn't find what we were looking for, encountered a fairly new employee, wasn't sure what isle to find what we were looking for. He went to another employee, found what we were looking for. Great experience
