no customer service! waited 30 minutes to try to get keys made!! that's unacceptable!! I hope you close this store so Menards can open it up!!!
Went in to make a purchase for our bathroom. Unfortunately the person working that department was at lunch and no way was anyone else able to help! Had a guy helping us that told us the toilet I was looking at only came in white unless I special ordered it and the price went from $199 to $481! If you want real help it's worth the drive to Wheeling WV, they are amazing and I got the exact toilet that St Clairsville told me was special order only for $481 for $224 including tax and it's not even white!
The appliance department needs to step up their customer service skills. Sold a broken dishwasher, attachment lines that were not for the right dishwasher, returned it after numerous phone calls, customer service desk was rude and would not assist my spouse till he unloaded the appliance by himself and had it at the desk. A simple appliance purchase turned into 10 hrs of frustration. I will take my money to Home Depot in the future!!!!! Terrible customer service. I was there to buy over $400 of SmartSide panels. The Lowe’s app stated the location as aisle 17 and said there were 93 in stock. After looking for 30 minutes on my own, I asked for help from two associates. After they looked for five minutes, they told me they couldn’t find it and were sorry they couldn’t help. Does the St Clairsville store really want my business? They need to train their employees to provide better customer service. I can’t wait until Menards is built in Wheeling.
Ordered a dryer last week and it was a fiasco just ordering it (should have known right then it would be a headache). Was told Monday that the dryer would be in Tuesday. Called Tuesday and was told it was at the distribution center and would be at the store today. Called today and guess what!! Not there. Manager said tomorrow. What the hell. Guess where I’m never shopping at again. Goodbye Lowes!!! Hello HOME DEPOT!!
