This store is fantastic the employees are very helpful and the management is in touch with customers needs.
first time going to the black Friday sale. The Santa they had when entering the store was awesome, he was really good and so was the guy handing out the candy canes, and the coffee and hot chocolate and doughnuts and the people playing the music, very very impressed and was so nice that they did this
Not happy with Lowe's in St Clairsville. We purchased a water softener,that needed ordered, on June 24 and we would get in a week. They never called that it was in and every time we called there it would just ring and ring and ring. We stopped to pick it up and we're told it hadn't even been ordered yet!!!! Will be another week!!!
How can you call yourself a home improvement store when you NEVER have anything in stock?? Also, try carrying various finishes and colors in items to remodel, not everyone wants white and brushed nickel!!
Every time I buy keys there, they never work! Bought 2 tonight for 2 separate locks and neither even fit in the keyhole!
the pipe connected downward and leaking...they never come back to fix.
This store was absolutely amazing.We stopped here because our load on our trailer shifted and was in danger of falling off our teuck. Four employees volunteered to come help. They brought two forklifts to assist us. We were blessed because we're 10 hours from home and had no clue what to do. Thanks. God bless
