My husband and I have been loyal Lowe’s customers for quite some time now and never had a complaint - until we decided to use Lowe’s for our fence installation. ***DO NOT HIRE LOWE’S FOR ANY INSTALLATION** I cannot stress enough just how aggravating it has been to deal with so many “middle-man” employees. Went there to get spare key made,,, me,like dummy, didnt check it first. Gave MY GOOD KEY TO GIRLFRIEND. NOW,I'M LOCKED OUTA HOUSE, GOTTA USE BATHROOM, AND KEY DONT WORK.. THE DUDE THAT MADE KEY WAS ON HIS PHONE TALKING TO HIS GIRLFRIEND FOR ABOUT 3 MINUTES BEFORE HE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED I WAS STANDING THERE, THENNNN TALKED TO HIS GIRLFRIEND THE HOLE TIME HE WAS MAKING MY KEY,,,,THEN TOLD ME"IF IT DONT WORK,JUST BRING IT BACK" GGGGRRRRR....
