The Greeley, CO Lowes team is great! Mike in flooring provided great customer service and expertise. We ordered and had a short - but hard - deadline for installation. They pulled it off! Thank you - we love the new carpet!
A very large store, has everything you would need for home, gardening, etc. Even has Halloween and Christmas items. Associates are knowledgeable and helpful.
Consumer Review: scheduled to have our new range delivered today after waiting 2 weeks - bottom drawer was flawed so we refused delivery - they took it back - went up there to exchange - no longer had our model - so opted for same but newer model - currently at the same price - however they refused to honor our sale price - never shopping Lowes again #customerserviceiskey #helloHomeDepot
Nice guy with glasses in the garden section helped up load 30 bags of pea pebbles yesterday, plus Aaron was pleasant to talk with AND another guy helped us grab 4 lawn chairs. We appreciated all the help!!
The worst service ever and they don't care even when you point out the bad service.
Worst customer service!! Chick, can't even call her a lady, was incredibly rude. She continued to smack talk us after all said and done. She could use some major pointers in customer service if she is going to work...customer service. Will not be returning.
