Lowes in Greeley now uses a 3rd party company for appliance deliveries. It's been a disaster. I finally got a new delivery date (third date) for today (AM delivery) and after sitting for 4 hours waiting, I call and find out it wasnt even put on the truck because they ran out of room. You think someone would have called me so my 4 hours wasn't wasted waiting? No, apparently thats too much to handle. Do not buy anything from Lowes that requires delivery or installation. It's not worth it. It really isn't.
Cashiers are horrible. I felt like it was a high school hallway at the checkout. Giggling girls with no clue.
The customer service is great.
Finally had someone show up in my aisle to help and he grabbed one shelf bracket for me and walked away. Didn't give me a chance to ask for the rest of the parts I needed that were on a high shelf. I left the whole cart of stuff and went home to buy online from another retailer. Well done Lowe's, $$$$ walked right out your door.
The Christmas tree we purchased on Saturday is already losing needles at an alarming rate and will likely be trash the first week of December
Service was great. But It it took 20 minutes before I was acknowledged by someone.
I have been shopping Lowe's since your store started and cannot believe how low your Greeley store is,hardly anyone in the store wants to help you, your shelves are empty and management in the store is the worst I have seen.Called corporate about the store and told them the store needs to overhauled from the top down,said they were working on it(BULLSHIT).We shop there a lot but you lost over 5000$ to HOME DEPOT because of the way your store is being run,you have some good people there and some really bad ones like the mange... read more
Had over $2000 worth of tools stolen out of my truck, between 6am and 8am this morning, then manager ask me to never come back to the store after i piched a fit about not haveing any video servlance in their parking lot... then i was told it was a corporation decision to not get involved with public disputes. Not real chocked up right now...Buy a new refrigerator and they say as long as you get our connection hose for the ice/water, we’ll hook it up for you...oh, but the delivery guy says we need a male to male connector which he doesn’t have on the truck, but it’s only $0.53....try 10x that amount, which isn’t the frustrating part, it’s being told they’ll take care of it, then they don’t and no one seems to give a crap #lowes #poorform #customerservicefail #thankgoodnessChrisissupergoodatthisstuff
