Horrible customer service! Blanca was an associate who "helped" us and very much needs more training on proper communication techniques. Checkout was not any better and we loaded the dryer ourselves. Bad experience overall.
I like the fact that they recognize our military. I usually find the best clearance here! 😊
Horrible shipping from Madera location. My packaged was shipped from this store. The box was torn, falling apart and carelessly wrapped. There was not enough bubble wrap to securing it inside the box. My item wasn't damaged thank goodness. This was my first time shipping direct.
Was literally waiting on aisle 8 for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me even after i told the cashier 3 times i needed help This location has the worst customer service Sorry but this is why i shop at the home depot
Staff was very helpful and took me to where the items were that I needed. Check out was fast and staff was very professional.
