I'd give them 5 stars but their web based inventory let me down. They did still have the washer I wanted but it was a floor model and they wouldn't sell it to me. But we did get a washer and a water softener and Joe posing as John tried to help us after John was already getting the washer!! Awesome, funny, helpful folks!! They were busy but made it a good experience!!
I had help finding cleaning items I needed. Just knew who I wanted and where it was at on my own.
