I have yet to go there and not be able to find what it is I’m looking for.
Get people who know what they are doing, and a new management staff. Always out of stock of everything.... Called today their phones aren't even working smdh…. Worthless.
our washer was scheduled a week ago to be here today. I have called several time and emailed the main delivery center. they tell me the manager will call me. WTF? They were supposed to call me yesterday. I have been calling since 7am and still do not know when or if I am getting our washer today. they can not even follow their own policies. their customer service is a joke. their delivery manager needs fired.
We are getting a new microwave today. It took him about 20 minutes to take out the old one and install in the new one! We always go to Lowes for our home improvement needs!
