Never never again. 3 week long nightmare and I just returned everything and will never buy anything from Lowes again. we purchased a stove 3 weeks ago. was supposed to be delivered July 3rd, then the 13th and then the 18th They told us we were 4th on the delivery sechdule yesterday. Price gouging on air conditioners. I get a military discount which I had to bring in proof to get. So when I ask if they can apply the discount, they tell me my husband has to be with me. This of course causes me to begin lecturing on women being in the armed services for years now. To make matters worse it’s usually female cashiers.
With all of the negative in the world these days, I just want to put a little positive out there! Thank you Randy in hardware for being a wonderful customer service assistant and for helping me out today ☆☆☆☆☆
the handicap parking has been turned into curbside pickup and they changed the return counter all around so where the electric carts used to be right in front of the store...there are none...couldn't even go .in the store had to turn around and go home...this store is located in Heath Ohio
Never buy appliances from Lowe’s. Never buy extra warranty. Lowe’s will deny claims on appliances
this Lowe's unlike so many others was well put together wasn't all cluttered and it's pretty clean staff was pretty helpful easy an easy out
