The store personnel were polite and helpful. We we found a new sink and garbage disposal that fit our liking. Install crew were rude and said it wouldnt work, then suggested we return the sink and find a different one. They also continuously bad mouthed the brand sink we bought and suggested pricier alternatives. They even asked why i wasnt doing the install myself. The install crew just proved to be incompetent. This was the 2nd Lowes I had gone to today to get a replacement faucet, the one I got last month as a Christmas gift leaked so this store had 4 in stock. We drove 35 miles back home after getting facet #2 when we got home we noticed that it was a USED facet. A $200 faucet and the damn thing was used..I was beyond mad.call the manager Adam, told/cussed him about what was going on.we drove another 35miles back into town we decided if this had been brought back and our 1st one was brought back there must be a problem with this ... read more
We had a delivery for a 7.1 cu ft chest freezer this afternoon. I asked them to give me some assistance with a washer/dryer that we had delivered from military storage. The delivery drivers (Nick and Bob) took some extra time after the delivery to give me a hand with both pieces of equipment that the military movers had messed up during setup. I just wanted to give them a shout-out because we are new to the area and had no one to help us, so this was greatly appreciated. Awesome customer service, Lowe's!
