Bad customer service guy was on phone instead of helping us had to get another guy to tell us price on stove which we never found out the price. Other employees standing around said they can not help in that department. Probably won't go back.
Had a washer and dryer delivered today & they delivery people were supposed to move the old washer and dryer upstairs. Well they sent a woman , who couldn't even move the washer up the 3 front porch steps. My 63 year old father ended up having to help the guy move them upstairs. She said " I don't want to be in the way. " Then went back out to the truck. Needless to say things got lot worse & they had to come back 3 times & I'm waiting for a senior manager too call me do to injury.
I like garden center was so blessed there yesterday and the person working really helped me out made my day
Very bad service and especially the assistant manager ashton as I bought a compressor to my cashier told me that I had 90 days of warranty the compressor does not turn on and I wanted to change it or help me but ashton was very rude
They had a good choice of yard decorations and I bought almost one of each. Staff was friendly and several times offered their assistance.
Greatest home improvement center - most of our $900,000 home was built from materials purchased and delivered by Lowes stores in Colorado Springs - and with vet discounts. Our dogs love to shop there as well - for treats!
I compared styles and prices with competitors and other locations. The service was great, the selection fair, but prices didn't match other locations. I have not had the opportunity to even take the vanity out of the box yet. Hopefully, it's undamaged and as pictured.
