I have had an issue with the last two items I have special ordered from this store. I ordered glass shower doors and they didn't put the rubber strips in the box. I recently ordered a barn door for my daughters room and it arrived early, I was happy. I opened the box and pulled everything out but, there was no rail for the door to hang from.
The staff is helpful. The store is clean. But the stock is disappointing. I am consistently disappointed that the store lacks some of the basic items that are needed in our community. In the past, I would go looking for sprinkler parts in May, when the ground thaws, and repairs are needed. "That hasn't come in yet." (I go to Home Depot for that now.) I absolutely love Lowe's, but what really makes me happy is that I can shop with my dog! They are so awesome. We get treats, cuddles, and great customer service. Thanks, guys!
Absolutely horrible I've been here an hr waiting for my preorder.. my customer is paying my time... was ordered on June 30... this defeats the purpose of preordering and I'm still waiting for them to pull items off the shelves...getting angry at this point...someone should give my customer a gift card or something cause this is ridiculous
