Curbside pick up no such thing. Un organized. A month into the virus there should be a system! Go to Walmart or home depot. Rediculous! Very poor. No one is in charge here

Unbelievable!! Poor experience today and each time we shop there! Refrig purch a few years ago.. nightmare. I will go back later only to return my item and buy at Home Depot! Ordered garage remote online. Email it’s in. Seemed to inconvenience “ Heidi” to go to the pickup up terminal. Hard time finding it with my order #. It’s 2019 Lowe’s! Decided I didn’t need the batteries since included so had to go to return those elsewhere. That younger rep at CServ. was irritated at return, told Heidi to do it... Anyone else tired of the bad customer service at this store? And the other two in north Colorado Springs? It has gotten so bad I feel they should go out of business. Good-bye Lowes.
