So far I have had a very good experience with Lowes. We had some very bad problems with some decking we bought and Lowes has worked with us. I like Lowes and the people that work there.
Your associates are severely lacking in customer service. I can't tell you how many times we have been in this store and an associate will start to come down an aisle we are in, and they will turn and walk away. We can't ever get someone who will check to see if we need any help. In the tile aisle. In lighting. In appliances. Places where people generally can use some help. Totally unacceptable. I don't want to have to drive to Columbia or the Lake just to get someone to help, since they can't be bothered in Jefferson City.
Shortly before Christmas an incredibly helpful and friendly Jefferson City Lowe's employee helped my 6-year-old twin girls purchase a display model Snoopy and Woodstock inflatable. His help went way beyond just getting the inflatable off the top shelf for them. He was engaging, kind, and attentive. He sealed the deal by giving the girls $50 off the price, plus Tootsie Rolls. If your company cant stand behind a product why do you sell it? Your emploers are lazy and have no knowledge of products. I traveled 2 hours to another store due to incompetence here.
