The best customer service! They are very helpful. They helped me pick out paint and all the accessories I would need to paint my kitchen. I ended up hating the colors I picked after painting part of my kitchen. Then I called them to se if I could return the paint and get some credit or something: I was desperate. I had spent over $100.00 on paint and accessories. They told me to bring in what was left no questions asked and they would refund me my money and help me pick out something new. Best customer service!

Horrible customer service! When their own worker says good luck finding help around here you know you're in trouble!

On Nov 5th we purchased multiple appliances for our home (by the way, great customer service from the guy with the broken arm). We scheduled a delivery for Nov 14th, 10-4. Lowe's called on Nov 8th and requested to deliver Nov 12th, 10-4 instead. We accepted the offer. We waited 6 hours today. No delivery. No phone call. We called at 4:30, the individual said the change of delivery date was not indicated in their computer - nothing they could do unless we provided a name of who called. Often it reminds me of going to the VA. There are folks there to help but they either disappear or, they are rude when you do ask them something. The door department is the absolute worst. I'm sure those guy are retired postal workers. However, I have to say that Terry in the lighting department hung with us until we found what we needed. But really it seemed like everyone else in the store, last night, was just too busy or, too good to be of much help. Micheal in cabinets was good but he kinda knows us real good by now.
