Of all the times I’ve been in a Lowe’s store never has anyone approached to help me. I ALWAYS have to look forever to find someone to help. This visit was very different though, a very knowledgeable, helpful young man approached us and asked if there was anything he could help us with. His name was Andrew B. He DESERVES Employee of the month along with a raise! He was awesome!!! I/we really approached this!
I had the most amazing experience at Lowe's today. Buying a house has been exciting but full of many decisions and today was no exception. Who knew there were so many different shades of grey?! An employee named Chyna went above and beyond, going through multiple shades and pulling a cabinet and counter top sample for me to decide. We had a wonderful experience buying several items for our new home, and a nice gentleman (Aaron) helped us making it so much easier than we expected! And they deliver free (FYI Menard's does not). Great experience with Lowers!
Been trying for 3 months to get a undamaged stove microwave and dishwasher .. they always bring them to my house with dmg on them . Or the complete wrong ones This is there 3rd time .. .. Don’t buy your appliances here !! You will never get them !!! FYI. # no Quality control # No customer Service # Don’t waste your time or money !!
Having your family refrigerator die is bad enough, but having to wait until June 18th before the replacement is available and can be delivered is insane. Almost a month. My needed model is not available anywhere in the area, but will be a "special order" from the company. Why bother listing it to sell when you don't have it? That's a lot of dry ice. Very disappointed.

Do not order anything online to pickup in store from this location. You will have to wait in store 30 mins for them to find and then go pull off shelf yourself.
