the customer service is horrific , the knowledge of inventory is even worse. I ordered some flooring today online from j.c lowes. I called 2 minutes before i placed the order to double check and confirm that the inventory online matched the actual inventory in store. website said they 29 linear ft store said they had 27 linear ft. I needed 25 linear ft. so I ordered it and arranged for my installer to pick it up in the morning to install it. 7 hours later at 830pm lowes customer service calls me to tell me they dont have it ... read more
Well ... to start, I think it is aweful to charge a late fee to a woman who just lost her husband and called you to explain that is why it was late and you made her pay anyway!!! Shame on you!!
Horrible merchandise not available until September they can’t sell what’s on the floor display (although stuffs not available for 2months) delivery not available until August (don’t know why they don’t rent a cargo van or anything to fulfill customers orders)
RecommendedAlways a good place to shop- staff helpful and explained how hard staff work every night to make sure the store is cleaned/sterilized as best as they can--appreciate that.
Yesterday I asked Julie in Pro Services for help in finding someone to repair old lamp switch. Julie not only found the part but replaced the switch while I got lamp bulbs. My husband with Alzheimers wanted it fixed and was not understanding why I did not. So Julie not only repaired the lamp but she also helped me with my husband. I am so grateful for her help. Wonderful and above and beyond customer service. Thank you so much, Julie.
I was impressed as always with the garden section with the organization and timely matter I was able to get thru the check out line, the cashier put all my plants in empty containers so that I carry them to car with out them falling over. Thank You
Ordered multiple appliances that were to be delivered when our house was finished. Was called and told that they didn’t actually order our stove and it will now be another two weeks until they can get it to us! Absolutely do not recommend ordering appliances through this store!
now that lowes has taken craftsman into their surplus,and eliminated troy bilt,they no longer carry products for their previous product. That's POOR BUSINESS !!!!!
