I purchased a riding mower just about 2 years ago. With the price of the mower, bagger, extended warranty and accessories I spent about 2,000 dollars. Yesterday my mower fell apart and I took it to the Mechanicsburg store today. I asked speak to the store manager and a gentleman by the name of Bob came out to look at it. Had 2 boards cut by them. Went to get 2 more and the guys told us that they can't cut that kind of board. They were very rude and made every excuse why they couldn't cut it. More like they didn't want to. Definitely will never go back. Went to Home depot and they helped us.
20 months ago I purchased a washer, this week it started to make clunking noises. I called in a repair severe and was told the drum is bad, can't be fixed, REALLY it's not even 2 years old! I called Whirlpool and was told that it is a 2005 model. So you have appliances sitting around for 8 years before you sell them and if they are returns do you check them before you put them back out on the floor and sell them as new???
Fuck Lowes. #Home Depot all the way from now on!
