Very great experience at the Mechanicsburg Lowe's! Lovely ladies working, great variety of plants, great service. I also visited Home Depot in Mechanicsburg and Harrisburg. Home Depot did not have good customer service or product, not going back there.
I like Lowe’s better overall but my most recent visit was disappointing. Had to look for help and was basically ignored while I was there
I'm hear to give a shout out to Gary in appliances. His kindness in helping us track-down a hard to find refrigerator more than made my day. He called two other Lowe's stores for us even though there wasn't a sale in it for him. Thank you, Gary, for being a blessing to this frazzled shopper.
Never... under any cicumstances, place an internet order with Lowe's for delivery! 13 days have passed, and even though I know the products are at one or more of their locations, I have yet to receive any part of my order. My order was bounced between Mechanicsburg and Carlisle, PA 3 times. Each time the order was cancelled and placed with the new store it raised flags with Synchrony Bank until they withheld approval of my purchase. Waited for 25 min to just ask a simple question, ended up leaving. You need to hire more people! I used to enjoy going to Lowe’s not anymore, will take my business elsewhere.
Great place to shop for home improvement needs. Are pet friendly so can bring my dog Loki along when I go to shop their. Also offer Military a 10% discount on purchases.
This evening I went into the store to get familiar with fasteners and reinforcing materials that I need to know for my next landscape architecture registration exam. I started in the fasteners section and was going down my list of items when an employee named Thomas came up as asked if I needed help. I explained that I was here studying the materials for my next registration exam. My wife and I went to Lowe's to check out snowblower we found one that fits our needs the guy advised us there is a free home delivery so we check out and the cashier advised we had to go to the customer service desk to set up home delivery so when we got to the service counter they advised they would have to remove all the charges and put back on our card and rebill our card with a delivery charge.....wait a minute the gentleman said their was no delivery charge .......i will be contacting the lowes main store center on Mon... read more
