They have all the items I always need.
I am very disappointed with the run around we are receiving from the ultimate home service team. We have had a few projects completed before by Lowe’s and never had any issues. But when it came to the tile/dishwasher project things have been a nightmare. First attempt Lowe’s told me that the merchandise never arrived and the service team told me that it was destroyed. Who’s telling the truth? Currently after the second attempt at to deliver a dishwasher I am still without. The installer told me to call Lowe’s regarding this.... read more
Ridiculously long line in the building supply reaction. One cashier. There were at least 20 CARTS in line when I was there.
Poor customer service. For the first time ever I made a purchase from Lowe's yesterday. I called today to schedule installation and was bounced around for an hour and no one came to the phone. I asked for a supervisor and was nice about it. The rep had a horrible attitude and refused to get one. The service was so egregious that I just filed a BBB and Attorney General complaint against them. I guess this will be my first and last purchase from Lowe's. Will continue to patron Home Depot.
Poor customer service by assistant manager Ray. I attempted to directly exchange a facet whose brand is exclusively sold by Lowes. Ray would not exchange even though I was directed to bring the item to the store by the manufacturer. It was an exchange for a lifetime warranty item. Rays unreasonableness causes undo burdens to customers who have to take multiple trips to the store to replace defective hardware.
Lisa and Mark in lumber are amazing! They go above and beyond and look excited to be there. First time home owner and both made me feel confident about my purchases! Again - can't say enough about these two awesome employees!
Just waited over an hour for an online pickup order. Total chaos and disorganization in this store.
