I do not recommend buying any large items that lowes will install. I will never buy another large item from them. I bought a custom front door in July. It's November and is still not installed due to a million issues; lack of communication, rescheduled appointments, wring size was ordered, had to wait another month to be re ordered and today it's drizzling therefore the installer cannot use his tools. Lowes outsources and they ate just horrible to deal with. Thanks for making me yet again change my schedule.

Went in looking to match flooring that had been discontinued, asked the 2 gentlemen sitting at flooring desk if they all snap together the same and their response "well if you have a piece you can try it". Thanks guys. Helpful (sarcasm). Confused why have all those signs saying if you need help to ask. Luckily for me there are plenty of other hardware stores in the area.
They called me to pick up my order... and tried to give me damaged merchandise. Hope they can fix this issue quickly.
Very upset with Lowes. My husband sent me there today to pick up 4 things.'he was involved with outside projects so I was the runner. A young man was working talking to another employee and I said "You look like you could help me", he gave me a weird facial expression. I proceeded to tell him I needed help finding these 4 item, he took me the first item, helped me get what I needed, and TOLD me where to find the other 3 items. I was so lost!!!! First I was very happy to know that it's a dog friendly store. It was very pleasant to be able to bring my dog with me and not leave her in the car alone. I found the employees friendly and very helpful.
