Never really had a problem at this Lowe's until tonight. No one could answer a simple question. And they let employees park in front of the exit with more than an hour left before they even close. Right in front of the mower we were purchasing. Any other time i would probably give 4 stars but tonight i couldn't wait to leave.
I had one of the most exceptional experiences this evening. Kenney B. Helped me with a special order window. He was absolutely amazing!!!! Best customer service and conversation I have had in a long time!!!! Thank you Kenney.... You made my day!!!
Stood around for 20 minutes waiting for a department sales associate to show up even after being paged. Poor customer service.

Love Lowes but on several occasions I see these POS thieves stealing and then returning stolen merchandise! Makes me sick I pray I get the honor of being on your jury! It's coming I took pictures today and I am turning them over to the authorities if they do nothing say hello to social media!!!
I purchased a toilet and wax ring. My plumber installed the toilet but used his own wax ring. I went to return the one that I purchased but I misplaced my receipt but the box was unopened, the tamper evident seal was intact. The "Customer Care" rep scanned my driver's license, handed everything back saying a receipt is required, no refund/credit. I feel cheated! I have $150 in Lowe's gift cards to sell if this is how Lowe's treats customers. Do they want me to go to The Home Depot?
