ordered 2 full vinyl windows with full screens & left open slider door with blinds. & white interior trim mid September. At time order was placed I was given October 31 as installation date. Was told windows & door would be delivered mid October. When they were not received, I called the store & was told installation pushed back to Dec.2nd. waited all day no show. It's my favorite store. Love all my DeWalts. The garden center is AWESOME with 2 isles of $1 plants and flowers.

Rant: You need to remove the words "NEXT DAY" from your Free Delivery signage & POS receipts...Or add an asterisk (*) that says "it's Next Day only when we're not too busy"! Your associates seem frustrated by Lowes constraints; i.e. not enough staff on the floor & customers waiting for help, an embarrassingly long delivery schedule list and obvious lack of personnel (or contractors) to get the job done, an inattentive cashier supervisor who the cashier had to chase down Rave: your associates are polite and friendly
Super annoyed that I ordered a new washing machine off the website yesterday and it said next day delivery. When they called to set up the delivery time today she said the soonest they have is 4 days from now. I explained that my understanding is that it would be here next day...her response in a condescending tone without apology....yeah that is only if we aren't busy. Not super happy over here.
