Customer service sucks, I called to find out where a missing piece to my purchase was and when it would come in! First I was treated like a idiot (educate the staff on the sales) I was told we never purchased it lmao it was free and came with the deal, I was then the customer service lady set the phone down then I was hung up on! I then call back and am rudely asked what I wanted when I said customer service! I will be sure to go to menards and the home depot where you get respect !
