The worst customer service ever. They do not follow policy and procedures.
Do NOT buy appliances from this store. Bought a washer & dryer, paid to have it delivered and installed. They show up, say they can't install it because I didn't buy new hook-ups. So I basically paid for them to do NOTHING!!!!
Do not buy major appliances from this store. The company they use for service, Grace Appliance, is the worst. Been waiting for 2 months to get my ice maker repaired on a refrigerator that is only 1 year old.
Not sure why anyone would go to this store. We won't again. Great training management educating your employees to not acknowledge or assist customers but look busy on a computer or organizing shelves.
I spent an hour at the Schererville store yesterday & have been here for over an hour today trying to purchase a Heartland shed to be installed. It's unbelievable that nobody knows how to process an installed shed order after 5pm?!? I'm trying to spend money but Lowe's can't seem to get it together! The poor gentleman trying to help me has paged/called several managers and no one has came to help him. Ordered counter tops from Schererville Lowes and waited 2 weeks for them to arrive and they were all wrong. I refused them at the door and went in to reverify the order with Beverly (she was AWESOME). Counter tops took 3 weeks to remake and I was told they would deliver between 11:30 and 1:30. At 2:10 I called because no one showed up and was told that they are running 2 hours behind. Communication is horrible. If you are going to be late at least call so people make other arrangments..
