Ordered my micro on 2/27/2018 got called 3/15/2018 saying it was finally there for pickup after many phone calls and visits. Arrive to pick it up and the stickers on it say it's been there since 3/5/2018. Now they won't let me take it cause they can't figure out how to ring it out. Lol
they suck big times we got another washer like they said and I'll be dam still the same dam thing wrong like the first one not filling right door doesn't lock and it makes noise when washing well they just lost me has a customer no more home depot here we come
I wish I could go lower than one. I have been treated like complete garbage by your staff. I've been lied to, yelled at, called a liar. I paid for my product weeks ago, and was never contacted about delivery or installation. And, every time I call I have a minimum of a half hour wait time, and then get treated badly. I don't know if your staff is misinformed, or if lying is a part of your mission statement. I can't believe that this is an acceptable business practice at this location. If I could possibly leave less than a one star I would. I walked in to buy a riding lawnmower, not to look, to buy. I told the gentleman behind the counter those exact words and he didn’t seem to have the time of day, he first said they didn’t have them, when I told them I saw online they had 4 or 6 (don’t remember exactly) then he said he didn’t know where they were, then he asked if I had a trailer and I said I had a pickup. This store NEVER ever has associates in the departments through the store. I waited on 1 person to find the guy for the tools department, of which he never even came. Nor did the guy ask me if I was helped. Awful store, awful service. Get more employees
Huge line with one register open at service desk than the same when I was ready to check out with my purchasse
