Love the store. If I could I'd spend my free time there. Hoping to be employed there someday soon. Interviews have been interrupted and postponed by misfortune and life. Hoping to get a second chance... :)
Customer service was excellent, thanks to David in the appliance department! He was very helpful and courteous and made buying our new washer a pleasant experience. Thanks, David!
Thanks to the Lowe’s in Butler plaza for assisting the crews at Gainesville Fire Rescue Station #2 and picking out Holiday lighting to get our Station Spirit.
We couldn't get any help at all. We were there for over an hour waiting. We were buying 2 sheds. We went to service desk said they would send someone. Nothing! As we were leaving two employees were out front arguing with each other about something. We told the woman we couldn't get help and she said oh well. Oh well is right, we went to Home Depot found plenty of friendly help and bought a thousand dollars in sheds plus plants. Would not recommend this store.
We had a great experience today!!! We had a lot of help in buying a new vanity & medicine cabinet. Everyone was very helpful.
Ben in the lumber department was so helpful today. I'm super pregnant but I needed to get some plywood cut for the support for an upholstered cushion for a window seat in the nursery. He helped me select the plywood, cut it to size loaded it in the cart and loaded it in my car. He would not even accept a tip. Thanks Ben!
