I place an online order with the store, They call me at 7:30 the next morning asking me when I'm coming to get the item. I go in that day to pick up my item go to online pick up, The girl Alyssa their looks at me and goes "yeah?" - I asked her what happened to hello welcome to Lowe's how may I help you or anything like that not just being rude. Very rude people. Paid over the phone for a refrigerator, they lost our original receipt and was very difficult when asked them them print out some type of documentation. The loading help was extremely rude, loaded it up and wouldn't help the 70+ year old couple make sure the load was secure! You can bet we won't spend over $1500.00 at this store again!

Not enough floor staff. Self check out not available or not working the last 3 times I have been there in the last month or so.
No department answers their phone! I was supposed to be refunded a substantial amount of money the they have yet to refund it. Phone just rings or hangs up.
Lowe’s has also been generous with their support of scouting. Thank you 3101 for supporting CUB Scout Pack 614.
