Great experience on new fridge order. Picked up pretty much immediately which was much improved than other stores 2 week turn around time! Good service and customer service! Very satisfied!
All I can say is Lowe's off Archer Road in Gainesville, Florida is the biggest joke I have ever encountered. 10 visits to the store, 11 phone calls in less than a month, and the issue is still not settled with my carpet installation. They are good at providing lip service but never do what they say they are going to do! Zero communication, spoke to two managers who assured me they would take care of this matter and no one has done one thing! I would find somewhere else to buy carpet and appliances from. Terrible service on getting a door installed in fact NO SERVICE AT ALL
No no no no! Loved them for 30 years but no more! Ordered our door the first week of December 2018- still not installed!!
Bob was helpful in finding me where some replacement furniture legs , I would have been all day looking
Worst experience yet. 2 “cashiers”? Waiting in line while some other employee stands and talks to cashiers about how hungry they are.. how many days they have worked here? Give me a break. Watch the camera footage from this time of day. Honestly, the service sucked. Using a self check out would have been more pleasant than the crappy human service.. oh but.. the self checkouts were all closed. Get it together Lowe’s: today sucked .
I am begging to get my windows installed that I purchased in February! Until this experience had been fairly happy with them even though began hearing terrible complaints.... Thought I'd be ok.... Guess not. They were anxious to get my signature and "get me scheduled" and no doubt Tony's commission.... But that's where the service ended. So I've been paying for months for half installed Windows that aren't trimmed.... Who knows what damage is being done to my house in the rain? NOT happy!!!! Come on Lowe's!!!
