I normally love Lowes, but 2 weeks ago I paid for a carpeting estimate that was to be done in 48 hrs and then an employee was to call me to go over the figures. After day 8, I called the flooring dept and they said they would look into it. Day 13, I called the store mgr and requested my estimate charge to be credited, which she kindly said she would do, but that has yet to appear on my statement. Courteous and polite. Bought lots of stuff for my house. Some great people working at this store. They bend over backwards to resolve all problems. Just ordered a new range. Just got called by the store that it came in. More than 1 week faster than promised. Awesome!
It is October 3rd people. Why does your store already look like Christmas threw up all over it? Buy a friggin calendar uuuuugh
