so disgusted i don't know what to write. and every time I tried to escalate to a manager, I got someone lower on the foodchain who could care less. bottomline- i want the refrigerator i purchased and not the crummy one lowes delivered. and apparently i am tethered to home tonight ON THANKSGIVING weekend awaiting their third attempt to resolve this with the right fridge. its not rocket science. it shouldn't have to be this painful.

Initially in early June 2018, I was told by the sales rep that the windows would take 5 to 6 weeks to order. After waiting 3.5 months, I called the store and they said the windows would be in in about a week, (early September). After that week went by I went to the store and they told me that the order was missing a window, which they did not tell me on the phone. So they said they would work it out. Not going to lie, I had an issue with Lowe's in rockledge. But after talking to customer service and the manager, everything got resolved to my satisfaction. So it may have been a screw up at the beginning but in the end it's how they resolved the matter that made me give them a five star rating.

You’re cashier, Macy is horrible. She’s so impatient and just straight up rude. I’ve had to go through her line twice. Had no choice tonight since she was in lumber. There’s a strong difference between being unfriendly and rude. She rang me up awhile ago. Tonight I was honestly surprised she was still working at Lowe’s. She was so rude last time I took notice of her name. Seriously, she needs terminated or moved to a dept where she has ZERO contact with customers.

So we go into Lowe’s Rockledge today because of a sale on a laminate flooring. The flooring looks great. We want to buy it and have their installers put it in. The problem is that they cannot get someone to measure it before Wednesday when the sale will be over. I’m thinking no problem I will get a rain check. Nope that is not policy. I asked for the manager. The gentlemen said he was the manager of the flooring and that if he did this for us he would have to do it for everyone. Really you should I said. We ordered a new glass front door for our home from Lowes on 20 Feb 2018. It was originally scheduled for delivery on 23 March and has been delayed 3 times since! We called today and was informed that it has once again been delayed till 4/26/2018. This is ridiculous! We've used this company for our home improvements multiple times through the years, but this is our first time utilizing this location for anything more than the usual plants and household items. We are doing a huge project this weekend. I have been to 6 hardware stores this weekend and Lowes, Rockledge was hands down the most professional, efficient place with hardworking associates. Special thanks to Jimmie, Jaron and the forklift driver.
