Horrible. Lowe’s is on my list of never to spend my money there again. Spent 1700 on a lawn mower. I was told it would be delivered yesterday from 10-2. Got a call that it would be 3-7. Then another call that it would be at 8pm. Spent all day at home waiting on this delivery. This is what I received as instruction manuals. I called to complain at this location and Debbie or Diane who is a manager didn’t apologize. #Lowes installed 40 hurricane windows which leaked for 6 months & now claims department trying to tell my new installer how to reinstall the windows in the cheapest possible way instead of writing him a check. The last two purchases which both of them were thousands of dollars were screwed up at the conception from improper billing to billing the wrong account where no interest was to be charged and finding on a charge with 22% interest and they can’t seem to get it right! At this point in time I think my purchases at Lowe’s corporation are over, at least at the Rockledge Florida store where they can’t seem to do it right! Poor management!

The lady at the self check out was rude to my father It said in a small sticker no plants and he didn’t see it and she came running over and said no no I have a sticker there for no plants My dad is 77 years old When I looked at her she said oh just go ahead I guarantee in Florida he’s not the only older person This was at 7.30 in the evening today
Had some issues with the delivery (3rd party company). Talked with several people as I was not happy with the situation. But crap happens, but Lowe’s took care of things. Want to say Thank you to Rachael, for handling the situation today. It’s never easy to deal with issues you didn’t create, Rachael did a great job today. Thank you.
Chris the manager has no business being a manager. he has zero customer service skills. I have spent 1000's in my hard earned money at Lowes. We are having a major problem at lowes with the delivery service and no, and I mean no one helps us at at. my Blood Pressure has gone up and im not well from dealing with this.
