My baby hasn't been napping she's making me insane, she actually finally falls asleep in the car on my way to Lowe's, so I ask Steve an older gentleman in the garden center from my car if they sell painting rocks, I didn't want to wake the baby to go in just to check, he said they do he told me he would grab me a bag and he brought me back my change, receipt, and rocks, and didn't make me wake the baby or leave the car. Now if that isn't good customer service, I just don't know what it is!
I ordered new appliances last weekend and had scheduled delivery for today between 5-7 p.m. I then got a message around noon saying the delivery was on it's way right then! I was 30 minutes away at the time (because I'd been told to expect the delivery at 5 p.m.) and when I called the number back there was no answer. I then called the number that had originally scheduled the delivery and was left on hold for FORTY-FIVE MINUTES with no resolution. Worse Lowe's ever! Workers are not trained, they do not know what they're doing and on top of it... the material pick up area is not a pick up area, it's actually another parking spot for lazy people. Expect to wait 30-40mins if you need to go to the pick up area because it's raining.
The best store for shopping I love lowes ❤️❤️ Very nice people 😀 Excellent service 👏👏
