Shout out to Ruth in home decor. In search of special order one way mirror/window. I spoke to gentleman in Windows/doors about this special order item. He was quick to tell me it wasn't his area(although this is actually a window). Obvious he wasn't going out of his way to help. Ruth, despite not being her area jumped right in. Made phone calls to other stores and even called me back same day. She is going to continue to work on this for me. Thanks Ruth!!!!

I actually work there in the Garden Center with the best "Garden team". I also actually Love my job. If you want beautiful quality flowers with a warm caring group of people you must come to our Garden Center.... We will be more then glad to help you in any way we can. Don't buy Allen & Roth flooring. We put flooring do we need 2 years ago looked great. Then it started to creak - was told that that floor does that --- very dissatisfied with flooring and Lowe's

i shop there ALL the time and spend a lot of money there especially in the tool department, Bruce is ALWAYS wonderful and exceptionally helpful in everything i need, weather it is in his department or any other department in the store. even if i am not buying tools in my visit i make it a point to find him and always say hi. most everybody else there is great too, other than some old long grey haired miserable guy i think andy i think he is just that miserable with himself he takes it out on everyone else. he should not be i... read more
Appointment to have tile installed cancelled by the contractor 45 minutes AFTER they are suppose to be at my home. Asked Lowe's to schedule another contractor as this one, Keller's Interiors, obviously does not have time nor the desire to provide any service. Lowe's tells me this is the only company they work with who does tiling. A huge company like Lowe's and they can't find another company to do tiling. Pathetic. So very sad I ever got involved with Lowe's.....never again. They have taken an occasion that should be happy ... read more
