Today left empty-handed, frustrated.... came in with a plan to come in and out with the item that was featured on the website stating the store had it in stock... was not what was supposed to be, and not in another section that it was supposed to be at either. Going to buy it elsewhere. Boo
I love shopping at Lowe's. Rather than st the mall�
I have never experienced worse customer service than I did yesterday at the Park Blvd. store's customer service desk. I was appalled that the employees at the front desk waited on people on the phone and made the people standing right in front of them wait and wait. When I commented on this policy, I was told that it is like that at all Lowe's locations. These people have no concept of proper customer service. I will avoid Lowe's completely in the future and I advise everyone to do the same.
How is almost every employee so condescending and rude?
Want to thank Mr SKIP for helping us out with our order.Waited for 20 mins or so at the appliance dept and the nice Lady (sorry I did not get your name) called like 3-4 associates and finally she had to call the Mr SKIP (manager) who was so nice and took his time.I don't mind the wait as long as you have employee like MR SKIP
FYI all...do not ever use LOWES for flooring.... I went through hell to have laminate floors put in(4 days for 540 sq ft.)...well they made a few mistakes and were suppose to show up today and tomorrow between 8 and 10:00 am. So the installer calls me at 8:45 and says the need to pick up the supplies and should be here at 9:45, now I get a call from Lowes saying that they are NOT coming today because ITS RAINING.....HELLO....this is Florida...it's our rainy season....are they not going to work till December....?????
