Terrible customer service!!! Lady on the phones was horrible hung up because she was done with the conversation and they wanted to close!!! Charged me for a delivery and the item never arrived.
RecommendedSara in customer Service and the 4 ladies today on 5.2.2020 were fabulous.... I bought lunch for all 4 just for the compassion, profesional behaviour and courteous handling of a very poor situation. Created managed by Ulmerton Road Lowes..... We took home what we were told were not available. We got treated as priority in a time were a pandemic is running. Were people are falling apart due to this virus. Yet here is Sara doing what she clearly loves doing..... Customer Care... as Customer Are Really Everything.
Exactly what I needed when I need it.
Have twice tried to use this Lowes for installation of things and no go. The first was a door and while they came out and measured they did not submit it for over two weeks. Now I have had blinds in my living room to be installed since Saturday. They told me he would call me Monday but he had till Tuesday to call. Today they say he has till today to call. Best Christmas Trees 2018 and 2019!
They could get installers that can get the job done when they say they will. Shi**y customer service, no plan "B" if things go wrong, just either cancel the order or reschedule. I will NOT shop at this store again.
Last Sunday at the store in Pinellas Park I had a very negative experience in the garden Center loading area with a loading employee who became very beligerent and threatening with me. I ended up loading the car myself - 240 lbs of pool salt and a 40 pound bag of mulch. I am 69 years old, with a bad back and bad heart. I don't need this, reported to the only manager on duty. Won't be coming back again!!

I go to the one in Pinellas Park at Belcher and Park Boulevard. I love that store. It is the Publix of home-improvement stores, meaning simply that all the employees are so nice to deal with.
