They have the worst carpet installation service!! Took over a month to get our carpet installed. Today when they installed they left my closet door off and razor blades on my bathroom sink. Thank good I saw them before my 3 year old got to them!!!! Many other issues as well. Will never use lowes for carpet installation again! The only thing o can say is the carpet does look good. Just very unprofessional!!!
Don't by vinyl wood floor from Lowes. Service in the front end was great but when my flooring started buckling, warping and scratching within 2 months of them installing it. They tell me it's a maintenance issue. And this is after I had to call and follow up. They say they left a message to let me know my claim was denied and that did not happen.
I have been building a house for the last 6 months. Lowe's employees every time have been so helpful. I bought my appliances on sale and they stored them for 6 months until my house was ready. I have worked with all the departments, flooring, blinds, lights, and a lot of other miscellaneous items. I never had a bad experience.
What good is free delivery, or any delivery if they don't bring your stuff? 3 days of screw ups and still no delivery...
