Had a patio door installed today, was very Happy with the guys who did the job. There was alot more then just a door they were Great Trouble Shooters an did the job with skill an determination to get the job done Right!! Thanks Guys

Just don't use their installation services. Two months and close to 15 hours over those two months trying to get the floor they installed wrong fixed. I think Lowe's is now my number one most disliked company even over Comcast.
This store has the worst customer service, the worst sales people and for the delivery service Corey delivery service sucks, I have never been so disappointed in a store as I have in the White Lk store. I will never darken there doorway again, they need to be trained at there jobs that is for sure, sorry to be so mean about them but it's so sad that the people that work there do not even know what is going on and management have no clue either, Sad very Sad
We bought appliances from Lowes OVER A MONTH AGO. So far we have only gotten the fridge and oven. There has been so many issues with the dishwasher and no one has been helpful, no one called to let me know what was going on, no one has followed up to make sure it all turned out. I had to call every time and have spent more time on hold this month then I have spent me whole life. If I could I would return it all and buy it elsewhere. This has been a horrible experience and I will never buy any appliances from Lowes again.
I needed help with a water filter and no one would help me a few guys came toward me but when they saw me they turned around kinda feel like its not women friendly. There was a very nice women in the outdoor section who was helpful the only reason I gave it a rating at all.
